Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within one week of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier service. During product launches, pop-ups or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at info@luckysmatchaclub.com.

Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened matcha or consumable products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
